1. When Can I expect my order to arrive?
- It can take anywhere between 1-3 weeks before your order arrives.
Our Rose Bears are hand made, therefore take time to essemble. We want to ensure we our giving our customers the best products.
2. What is the Return Policy?
- If for whatever reason you need to return your product, we give our customers 7 days from day the products is received to file a return.
If package is opened or products is damaged, we are unable to process a return.
